Mellow Family creates cryptographically protected, append-only co-parent communication records. Every message is hash-chained with a SHA-256 digest. Each export carries an RFC 3161 timestamp response from a public TSA and is exportable as a court-ready PDF with a custodian declaration — suitable for use as business records under FRE 803(6).

Each message is inserted into an append-only database. A SHA-256 hash is computed over the message content, sender, and the hash of the previous message, extending the chain.
On Power Tools and Professional plans, a RFC 3161 timestamp request is sent to a trusted authority (DigiCert → GlobalSign → Sectigo in priority order). The response is stored with the record.
Either party can export a court-ready PDF at any time. Each export includes a custodian declaration, the full hash chain, and a public verifier URL that any attorney or court can check independently.
