Recorded audio calls include up to 30 minutes during the trial, then 30 minutes each month of paid access, including annual subscriptions. Both participants need an account and must consent to recording. Call minutes come from the parent who starts the call.
Receipt scanning is optional: opt in, choose a receipt image, and request a scan. Review the extracted details before saving. You can also enter expenses and attach receipts manually.
Only completed Coach reviews and receipt scans count toward these daily allowances, which reset at midnight UTC. Review all suggestions before saving. AI tools depend on your settings and shared service availability. Request, export size and record limits also apply. SMS messaging and imports from other platforms are currently unavailable.
Your records stay accessible
After your trial or paid period ends, your account becomes read-only. You can view existing records and download files and exports already created. Subscribe to add records, use Coach or receipt scanning, or generate new exports. There is no ongoing Free plan.
Existing Free accounts receive notice in the app and a fresh 30-day transition before becoming read-only.
